Assembly Technician - Full Time/1st Shift (Northern Pump):  
The Northern Pump subdivision of McNally Industries is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team.  This individual will be building and testing gear pumps to order, as well as, pulling and packaging parts.  Some light machining, and prepping and painting pumps maybe required as needed.  This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, good math and organization skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work within team environment. Knowledge and experience using a variety of hand tools preferred, but not required.  

CNC & Manual Machinist - Full Time/Multiple Shifts Available:  
McNally Industries, a leading manufacturer of aerospace and defense products in Grantsburg Wisconsin, is looking for both manual and CNC machinists with two or more years of experience. As a McNally Machinist, you will need to use standard measurement equipment to inspect complex parts.  You must have the ability to read a blueprint and interpret geometric tolerances.  The ability to perform set-ups is preferred, but not mandatory. An associate’s degree in a machine tool field is a plus.

Contract Support – Full Time:
The Contract Support position is a key individual contributor role that is responsible for the administrative support of McNally Industries’ contracts and the estimating process by preparing and analyzing cost and pricing data.  This positon is the focal point for initiating, submitting and reviewing all quotes/proposals in order to maintain the accuracy, timeliness and proper storage of documentation. Another key responsibility of the Contract Support position is to administer, modify and maintain the vendor contract database, therefore strong computer skills are required in order to be successful in this position.  McNally Industries would also prefer candidates with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (or related field) and 5 to 7 years of basic contracting experience. This position also requires exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Design Engineer-Full Time:
The Design Engineering Team provides innovative design solutions in support of various Department of Defense Programs within McNally Industries. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for project management, functionality, integrity and reliability of newly designed parts, and existing programs.  In this specialized position, you will be responsible for researching, preparing and creating customer designs based on their specific needs and requirements.  You will also be responsible for preparing formal, controlled engineering documentation and design review materials for meetings with suppliers and customers.  This position requires both skill and experience so a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in design, assembly and testing are required.  Strong working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (ASME/ANSI Y 14.5) and PTC Creo CAD Software is preferred.  This position requires creative thinking and the ability to analyze data for multiple projects so exceptional organizational skills, with high attention to detail are expected. 

Estimator-Full Time:
As an Estimator for McNally Industries, your main responsibility will be to develop cost information in order to determine if a proposed product will be profitable to our business.  Based on the information collected, you will be responsible for analyzing supplier quotes to determine accuracy and best cost before making formal bids for contracts.  Other duties and responsibilities include: identifying and promoting cost awareness, preparing cost estimates by studying TDP requirements and other related customer supplied documentation and understanding solicitation requirements and scope of work for bids.  In order to be successful in this position, you should be mechanically inclined and have extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes.  You should also have strong analytical, organizational and customer service skills.  A Bachelor’s of Science degree in related field and/or 3 to 5+ yrs of equivalent experience is required.    

Quality Inspector – Weekend Shift:
In order to monitor the operations at our company and ensure that production standards are being met, McNally Industries is seeking a Quality Inspector for our Weekend Shift.  The purpose of this role is to perform dimensional inspections per our prescribed quality plans and techniques to ensure we are compliant to all applicable contractual, procedural and drawing requirements.  These inspections will be performed in different departments such as our lab, receiving, welding, painting and other areas as required.  Also, an important part of the Quality Inspector position will be to execute the CMM Software Programs to include set-up, probe calibration and program recall.  No formal education beyond a high school degree (or equivalent) is required, however, we are looking for a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience to include working with various precision measuring tools.  All applicants should be proficient in blue print interpretation and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience executing CMM Software Programs.  The Weekend Shift hours are Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm and all employees are paid at a minimum of 40 hrs.
